Group A-B list
Water acquisition purpose:
To purchase properties at bargain
prices, which are appropriate for improvements and will
provide public access to the St. Johns River, Halifax/Indian
River, and the Atlantic Ocean. Priority will be given to
properties that have acquisition partners with at least a
fifty percent (50%) cash funding match or are offered at a
purchase price substantially below appraised value as
determined by the county. Funds will be geographically
distributed and acquisition will focus on properties that
provide maximum public access. (Resolution 2011-119)
