Note: The 2002 NFP
has been reduced by $8,244.85 as 02-14 did not use these funds. The
2003, 2004, 2005 & 2006 "NFP" dollar amounts include the four
annual exceptional grant awards of $600,000 for the Lively Arts Center,
Inc. by the County Council on October 16, 2003. The 2004 "NFP" amount
was revised in March 2005 due to a return of $90,720, grant 04-21, by
the Pioneer Settlement for the Creative Arts. On March 10, 2005, the
County Council re-directed the funds to the 2005 project awards. On
March 17, 2006, County Council provided $186,139 from the General Fund
and also utilized $100,000 from ECHO Reserve to support awards.
CANCELLED JAN 2007 - DBCC project award 05-07, NFP totals reduced by
$600,000 in years 2005 and 2006. The 2005 through 2008 "County of
Volusia" dollar amount includes the annual allocation of $1 million to
the County's Trails Master Plan, approved by the County Council on June
3, 2004.
